SharePoint has come a long way since its induction in 2001
With increasing popularity of Office 365 and SharePoint online, Hybrid features have been floating around the last few years making it not a “one or the other” choice for the Enterprise. Hybrid features extend SharePoint on-premise implementation to the cloud and extend the capability and reach of the Enterprise. The ability to configure the Hybrid solution and the use cases has only improved with the SharePoint 2013 SP1 and the Cumulative Updates released late 2015. SharePoint 2016 that was recently announced for “General Availability” improves the user and admin experience much more.
In this session, we will discuss how the Hybrid functionality in SharePoint Server 2016 and SharePoint Online in Office 365 enables to extend on-premises investment to the cloud by integrating services like SharePoint Search, Business Connectivity Services, OneDrive for Business, Sites etc., empowering users and enabling your business.
