Founder of Lighthouse Computer Services, Tom spent 13 years at IBM in development and technical marketing roles, including applications programmer, mainframe developer, and senior systems engineer consultant. In 1995, Tom left IBM and founded Lighthouse Computer Services with the vision of being New England's most technically skilled computer services organization. His focus on solving customers' complex IT challenges and providing excellent customer service has earned Tom numerous IBM awards. Tom's leadership resulted in Lighthouse receiving the award for New England's Fastest Growing High Tech Company.
Tom’s entrepreneurial philosophy led him to create subsidiaries laser-focused on high-need technology or customer offerings. One subsidiary, The Lighthouse IT Compliance Group, successfully spun off into its own company, Compass. He also created a Lighthouse Enterprise Content Management subsidiary that was acquired by enChoice. As CEO, Tom likes to be approachable and demonstrates a genuine interest in customers’ businesses and solving their business problems. A graduate of SUNY in Delhi, New York, and the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania, Tom holds a degree in Computer Science.
As General Manager for Sales and Services, Greg’s responsibilities include setting the strategic direction of the organization, driving the sales and services organizations, and leveraging new technologies to optimize clients’ IT investments. With over 15 years of professional experience, Greg has a deep understanding of the technology and services marketplace and has demonstrated expertise overseeing all aspects of business development, operations, sales discipline, and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Greg spent the majority of his sales and executive career with IBM where he held various positions across the IBM organization. He has a deep understanding of IBM’s strategy across hardware, services, and software and has run sales teams on a global basis. During his tenure at IBM, Greg was rapidly and steadily promoted through the ranks and has a reputation for building top talent, achieving revenue and growth objectives, setting up the right go-to-market strategies, and developing strong client relationships. Greg received his Bachelor of Science from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
As Chief Innovation Officer, Sean Hauver is responsible for leading the technology strategy, professional services, innovation management, and strategic partnerships for Lighthouse Computer Services.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Sean held the role of VP, Enterprise Architecture Strategy for The Hanover Insurance Group. In this role, Sean was responsible for driving and governing the enterprise technology strategy for the organization. Over the past 20 years, Sean also held various strategic roles at Hanover, including Vice President of Global Software Delivery, Chief Enterprise Architect, and Enterprise Security Architect.
Sean graduated from Assumption College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, concentrating in Mathematics and Computer Science.
As Chief Financial Officer, Tammy's responsibilities include financial reporting and oversight of Lighthouse’s accounting, finance, IT, operations, and human resource groups. Additionally, Tammy serves as liaison with the company's auditors, bankers, legal counsel, and statutory authorities. She plays a key leadership role in policy and systems development, internal controls, and strategic planning.
Tammy has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in industries engaged in high-tech, consulting, health science, and manufacturing operations. She received her MBA and BS in Business Administration from Bryant University, and her career began with a Rhode Island-based CPA firm. Prior to joining Lighthouse in 2011, she held the role of Corporate Controller at QualityMetric and Computer Associates, Inc.
Aldo Pietropaolo is currently Chief Security Strategist at Good Dog Labs, a Lighthouse company that specializes in Cybersecurity Microservices, DevOps, and delivery of information security services and technology in a DevOps model for various industries.
Before Good Dog Labs, Aldo was Director of Services and IAM Advisor at various professional services organizations. Mr. Pietropaolo was an Advisory Manager in Financial Services for PwC, specializing in information security and identity and access management. In this role, he focused on areas of expertise and growth in IT risk management, information security governance, identity and access management solutions, and IT service management. He has also worked with various founding technology teams to craft and deliver information security products and services to market. He has expertise in Microservices architectures, infrastructure automation, and DevOps approaches. In addition, Aldo has experience with Application (SOA) Governance, Application Quality Management, Run-time Management, Identity Federation, Web Access Management, Security Architecture, Identity Auditing, and Identity Event Monitoring. He also has experience with Identity and Access Management Program and Project Management, including Critical Chain Project Management “Theory of Constraints”. Mr. Pietropaolo received his BS in Computer Science from DeVry University.
Dave founded Creative Computing Inc. in 1991, which he continues to lead as Lighthouse Computer Services’ Analytics Practice. As one of the earliest Cognos consulting partners in New England, Dave steadily grew CCI and eventually acquired Acumetrics Business Intelligence in 2011 to expand the company’s analytics expertise into Canada.
He has a career passion for analytics and focuses his efforts to make sure his team is fully enabled on the latest industry technologies, techniques, and best practices. With his commitment to quality products and services, Dave places a very high priority on both client and employee satisfaction and believes becoming true partners with clients is the key to maximizing organizational success and client outcomes.
Dave is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Bryant University with a BS in Business Administration (concentration in Computer Information Systems). He also holds an MBA with honors (concentration in Management) from Bryant University. He received his CCP from the Institute for the Certification of Computing Professionals and has maintained that designation for over 30 years.
As Vice President of Sales, Kevin is responsible for leading the Infrastructure Sales and Services Practice. He is focused on developing strategic partnerships and deeper client relationships by recommending technologies, solutions, and insights that drive outcomes that customers demand.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Kevin spent his career with IBM where he held various client-facing leadership positions with focus on Global System Integrators, Infrastructure Sales, and Senior Sales Management covering Fortune 100 Companies. Kevin also held several roles as part of IBM’s executive staff development leadership programs.
As the Director of the Lighthouse Storage Practice & Professional Services, Mike Adams is responsible for leading the strategic direction of storage-based solutions. In addition, Mike is responsible for leading the talented group of Lighthouse Infrastructure Consultants, who provide technical design, implementation assistance, and vision to customers.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Mike was Director of Sales for a high-tech consulting company, responsible for delivering Client Server solutions to his customer base. In addition, Mike had a 12-year career at IBM, holding several management and development roles, including Lead programmer for the Trident Submarine Torpedo Warfare division, developing and implementing the torpedo telemetry design as seen in several major motion pictures.
Mike graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts degree and double majored in Computer Science and Mathematics.
John acts as the Director of Business Development for Lighthouse’s Microsoft Technology Group. With over 27 years of business development experience in hardware, software, and services, John works daily with partners, clients, delivery teams, marketing, and corporate sales executives to ensure that MTG is recognized for its commitment to excellence. He has done extensive work with numerous financial services, higher education, retail, healthcare, and life sciences organizations and maintains 80% repeat business by ensuring that MTG delivers what they said they would deliver, on time and on budget. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Harvard University.
As Director of the Lighthouse Cloud Practice, Andrew is responsible for leading the sales and services of Middleware/Hybrid Cloud. He is focused on working with strategic partners to develop deeper relationships with clients and recommend technologies that solve clients’ challenges while optimizing their IT investments.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Andrew spent most of his career with IBM where he held various sales and leadership positions in IBM’s Software Group. Having spent years with the IBM WebSphere group, he has a deep understanding of the integration, cloud, and middleware landscapes across various industries. During his tenure at IBM, Andrew consistently achieved revenue and growth objectives and developed strong, lasting client relationships. Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
Warren Saltzman is Managing Director, Client Services & Sales, for the Lighthouse Computer Services office based in New York, NY. His mission is to deliver technology solutions and services for both local and global markets for a wide variety of businesses. Warren’s approach is to offer a unique experience to clients, new and old, that rapidly drives successful business outcomes by leveraging innovation, business acumen, and a deep network of industry relationships. Creating highly satisfied clients through delivering timely and successful engagements, product sales and support are how he partners with customers daily.
Prior experience includes Global Executive Sales positions that addressed unique customer requirements and challenges throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Japan, and South America. Warren has extensive experience delivering enterprise technology solutions to clients from holding executive and management positions through the creation of new routes to market, new partner networks, and integrating core components to solve customer challenges.
Warren holds advanced degrees in business and science from Columbia University and New York University, as well as Professional Certifications from IBM in Executive Management, Sales Management and Technical Sales.
Jim Zito joined Lighthouse in February 2008 and currently chairs as Vice President, ePMO. He also facilitates the Lighthouse Contract Review Board, working closely with the CIO and VP of Professional Services to provide leadership, guidance, and support to the service delivery teams. He has over 25 years’ experience in the delivery of complex voice and data solutions through the entire project lifecycle (Inception to Closure) as well as program/project management experience that includes pre-sales support, solution design, implementation, and post implementation support. Jim is also experienced at providing leadership, direction, and support expertise to staff, clients, partners, and vendors and works with new and existing accounts to deliver creative business solutions while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.
Jim has worked in the IT Services arena since 1982, and during his career, he has provided solutions in the Education, Government, Financial, Insurance, Medical, Retail, and Technology sectors. His work includes complex voice and data applications, data center moves and upgrades, web services projects, content management projects, network infrastructure implementations, server migrations, network security assessments, and multi-site IPT convergence projects.
