This engagement provides an on-site proof-of-concept configuration and knowledge transfer of VMware ESX Server and VirtualCenter best practices, as well as physical to virtual migrations using VMware Converter. This 4-day jumpstart adds physical to virtual migration activities to the ESX Server with VirtualCenter workshop, to maximize your time and dollars.

Architects and administrators new to VMware ESX Server, VirtualCenter and VMware Converter.

VMware ESX Server and VirtualCenter supported hardware and operating system environment
Minimum of 60GB local free space, supported NAS/iSCSI or SAN Storage
Conference room with projector and networked desktops/laptops running MS Windows 2000 or higher
