Philip Benvenuti leads SKMs internal audit and fraud detection practice group (IAFD). With more than 15 years of internal audit and fraud investigation experience, Phil helps companies preserve their integrity, counseling businesses of all sizes on assessing risk, and implementing internal audit programs. For public companies Phil directs the firms Sarbanes-Oxley compliance consulting services. Phil is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), as well as a Fraud Claims Law Specialist (FCLS).

 

Jerry Hughes has over 20 years of experience helping companies become compliant with internal, industry and government regulations, such as Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA. Mr. Hughes, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), has extensive IT audit experienceespecially within financial environmentsand has participated in customer, corporate, federal and state audits. Mr. Hughes heads up Lighthouse's IT Compliance practice, and has also project-managed many successful data center projects including DR planning, annual testing, and data center relocations.
