I-95 North.
Take the Rt.146/Rt. 7 Exit.
Bear left at the fork in the exit.
You will be on Rt. 146 North.
Take the Rt. 116 exit.
Take left at bottom of the exit ramp.
Turn left at the 2nd light.
You are now in the Blackstone Valley Office Park.
Turn right into the office park at the Lincoln Medical Center sign. (6 Blackstone Valley Place)
Pass one building on your left.
Our building is directly ahead of you. 

Take a slight left into the parking area, and you will see our sign for Suite 205.

 

From West of Providence
I-84 East.
Take I-90 East towards Worcester.
Take Rt. 146 South Exit.
Take the Rt. 116 North exit.
Turn left at the 3rd light.
You are now in the Blackstone Valley Office Park.
Turn right into the office park at the Lincoln Medical Center sign. (6 Blackstone Valley Place)
Pass one building on your left.

Rt. 95 South
Rt. 295 South
Exit 10 (Rt. 122 Cumberland)
At end of exit , take left onto Rt. 122 South
At 2nd light, take right onto Rt. 116 South
At 2nd light, take right onto Blackstone Valley Place.
You are now in the Blackstone Valley Office Park.

I-195 West.
Merge onto I-95 North.
Take the Rt.146/Rt. 7 Exit.
Bear left at the fork in the exit.

Turn left at the second light.
